Solagran’s current activities comprise funding scientific and clinical trials; the manufacture of Bioeffectives^®; the development and marketing of end products; and the formation of strategic partnerships with other organisations that can contribute to and profit from each of these activities.

Solagran currently has Strategic Partnerships with Catalent Australia, a manufacturer of OTC pharmaceutical products; and Galenopharm, a manufacturer of natural pharmaceuticals based in St Petersburg.

In late 2006, Solagran acquired 60 percent interest in SibEX, a strategic partner and manufacturer of extracts from plant and tree biomass based in Tomsk in Siberia. It increased that stake to 85 percent in January 2008.
